Site walk & feasibility
A walk of the property and a review of what the site and the project can actually support.
Pre-construction planning
When a serious project has no drawings yet, pre-construction is the front door: a defined planning phase, led by Trevor, that ends with plans complete enough to price — and a written construction proposal built from them.
The planning fee is quoted at your consultation — before anything is signed — based on the project's size and complexity.

What the engagement covers
A walk of the property and a review of what the site and the project can actually support.
Working with your architect or designer — or helping you engage the right one for the project.
Zoning, permit, and HOA requirements for the property, researched before they become field surprises.
A preliminary budget and schedule that develop alongside the plans instead of after them.
The planning process managed through to plans complete enough to price responsibly.
A price and a schedule built from the finished plans — not from a guess dressed up as a bid.
What you walk away with
Planning phase only.
Signing a planning agreement does not obligate you — or us — to proceed to construction. Building together is a separate decision and a separate written contract, made only once the proposal is real.
Already have plans?
If an architect or designer has already drawn the project, the engagement starts from your package: feasibility review, open questions, trade coordination, and pricing readiness.
The fee is quoted at your consultation, based on the project's size and complexity — and it is stated before anything is signed.
It depends on the design and permitting path, which involve third parties. You get a realistic estimate for your project before you sign, not a generic promise.
No. The planning agreement covers the planning phase only. Construction is a separate decision and a separate contract.
Start with the consultation
The consultation is free and clarifies the property, the goal, the timing, and whether pre-construction is the right entry for your project. If it is, the planning engagement that follows is a separate paid agreement, quoted for your project before anything is signed — and construction is a separate decision after that.
